I said that the spring rolls at Tú Lan in SF might be the best ones I've had. Might be... cause I haven't decided on weather or not the rolls at Nam Viet in Marseille acually might be better. I'll just make it easy for me and say that Tú Lan has the best fast food style rolls and Nam Viet has the best real restaurant rolls.

Nam Viet is a traditional South Vietnamese restaurant in the harbor area of Marseille. I've tried both the pork and the shrimp rolls and they're both great. Go get em!
